Neon pigment powder – Neon Blue
Very fine, compact, brightly colored decorative pigment powder for nails. You can use it on the entire surface of your nails or just for a pattern, including ombre gradients, smoky nail embellishments or quick salon patterns.
How to use it?
Using our pigment brush , press the pigment powder into the sticky layer until the powder completely covers the sample. Use a very soft-haired dedusting brush to remove excess from it, then finish with a coat of light gel .
Tips:
- For the most intense color, use a white base under the powders.
- You can mix them into colored or building porcelain powder , gel , paint gel , gel polish or acrylic paint .
- When making gradients, always start by applying a lighter pigment.
- For the perfect ombre nail, use Milky Top Gel as the finish .
