HOW TO PERFORM GUA SHA FACE MASSAGE?
The massage is performed on cleansed skin covered with your favourite oil or serum so that the plate slides easily over the skin. We make movements from the inside to the outside of the face, according to the instructions included in the package
- Cleanse your face, spray with hydrolate and then apply your favourite oil or serum
- Start the massage from the forehead, moving from the inside to the outside of the face and then towards the lymph nodes
- Repeat on the cheekbones, chin and neck area
