Anna
Anna Buchanan, a naturopath from Northern Ireland, developed an early interest in health after experiencing chronic fatigue and IBS. This led her to study Psychology and later train in naturopathy in 2001.
She built a strong foundation in nutrition, herbal medicine, allergy testing, and anatomy, and continued her education internationally in bioresonance and advanced allergy testing. She has also trained in Theta Healing, Reiki, and specialised areas such as digestive health, endocrinology, and female hormones.
Anna founded Biolife UK in 2004, later rebranding to AllergyExpert in 2007. She has worked across Ireland in clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals, including over a decade with St James Hospital, as well as with Holland & Barrett and Amrita.
With over 20 years of experience, Anna focuses on identifying root causes of chronic conditions such as allergies, IBS, autoimmune issues, and fatigue, using a holistic and results-driven approach.
