At Fina.com.mt(operating as Fina Imports LTD and Fina Med-tech Aesthetics), we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it is a product, a training course, or a salon service.
Please read the following policies carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (ONLINE STORE)
Applies to beauty products, tools, and equipment purchased via our website.
1.1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind) Under EU Consumer Rights regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at info@fina.com.mt.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
1.2. Hygiene Exception (Important) Due to the nature of beauty, cosmetic, and medical-aesthetic products, strictly NO returns will be accepted for items where:
The protective seal has been broken.
The packaging has been opened.
The product shows signs of use or testing.
If we receive a returned item that is unsealed or used, we will not issue a refund, and you will be responsible for arranging collection of the item if you wish to have it back.
1.3. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or if an item is faulty:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email info@fina.com.mt with your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
2. SALON SERVICES (FINA MED-TECH AESTHETICS)
Applies to all treatments and appointments.
2.1. Booking Fees (Deposits)
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit is strictly non-refundable. It is deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
2.2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans change. Our policy is as follows:
More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to the new booking date.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: We cannot reschedule your appointment without loss of deposit. If you cannot attend, your deposit is forfeited to cover the lost appointment time.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not contacted us, your deposit is automatically forfeited.
2.3. Service Satisfaction
We do not offer refunds on services already performed.
If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact us before leaving the premises or within 24 hours so we can assess the situation and offer a rectification if appropriate.
3. COURSES & WORKSHOPS
Applies to Training Courses and Business Workshops.
3.1. Course Deposits
Deposits paid to secure a place on a course are non-refundable.
This is because course slots are limited, and materials/kits are often prepared in advance based on student numbers.
3.2. Student Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, please contact us immediately.
Rescheduling is at our sole discretion and depends on availability for future course dates.
3.3. Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that Fina Imports LTD must cancel a course (e.g., due to illness or insufficient attendance), you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or the option to transfer to the next available date.
